It may not be much of a legal crime as a crime against every other boy on the team.

When the forgery is found, the whole team's season will be nullified. It's not worth it.

Playing honest is more important than winning and no one is going to get paid for a winning season.

Once the loser is found out, the whole team becomes losers.

Good question. I'm not sure if a law exists concerning the use of another's birth certificate to be younger, but with everything happening in the world, I wouldn't be surprise if it did.

I remember doing that when I was a little younger at the movies because the tickets were cheaper for kids under 13... I never got caught but one of my friend did and he felt SO humiliated.

You can try it, but I guess if you get caught, you won't be able to play for the team and your credibility will be really low. You could also get your friend in trouble for providing you with the birth certificate.

Also, be sure they don't ask for any other ID with photograph or else your plan can't work. Most of the time, they ask for those, so I would look out for that.

And like the first answer said: it's not fair for the other kids. Come on man, you're 19, why can't you go play with people of your own age? Are you THAT bad? If yes, maybe you should simply practice more and ho in summer camp to get better.

And man, you can't possibly think about getting better playing with 14 years old if you're 19... It won't be good for your career... And it won't be good for your self-esteem if any one of them appears to be better than you.

I think you'll lose all your credit if you do such a thing, but I'm not sure about legal right... But using someone else's birth certificate could be seen as fraud.

He could get the program "blacklisted", and the rest of the players would be unable to participate in the league.
