Try seeing how many three pointers you can make in a minute. You have to get your own rebound and then get back out to the three line to shoot another. It may help to have a kitchen timer that buzzes. It is good for conditioning and your shooting. Then do the same thing to work on your jump shot. Mark four of five spots about 15 to 18 feet out from the hoop in various places. Again rebound your own shot and get back to one of your marks and shoot another jumper. When you do shooting drills alone this a way to push yourself and keeps things interesting.

I know this will sound "silly" but you can jump rope to improve your footwork and stamina. Find some obstacles that you can easily handle by yourself and dribble around them to improve your ballhandling. Vary your speed and direction. Move them closer together as your ballhandling skills improve. Use BOTH hands. (Make certain that when you're finished with them you remove them from the court.)

not sure what you want to improve? If it is your quickness there is alot of things that you can do, what you are doing is good, if you want to improve your shooting then you need to practice your jump shots,

To help ball handling when your just sitting around you can pick up a b-ball and pass it back and forth to each hand .this helps your hand eye coordination
