is vince carter an overrated dunker??Do judges sux?

i mean during last year's slam dunk competition josh smith placed a tape a FAR distance from the freethrow line and the judges thought he was going to dunk from there or something and he ended up dunking two hand just in front of the freethrowline...great dunk in my opinion but judges gave him a lousy score(Cant remember what)

i remembered vince carter doing the exact same dunk back in 2000 and WAS nearer to the hoop when he took off and got a perfect 50...what WAS THAT??WAS THE JUDGES BIASED OR WHAT????

And ya nate robinson won when he shouldnt have won so do judges sux??they just let whoever was the "favourite" guy win for example they let vince win because he already had this "IM THE GREATEST DUNKER" opinion around him and nate won cuz he was short and everyone was to see a repeat of spudd webb...and josh didnt win cuz he won before and would be boring to see him win again...SO QUESTION IS DO JUDGES SUX AND IS VINCE AN OVERRATED DUNKER??

In the past 7 years, has there been a more IMPORTANT player to a team as Shaq?... Cont'd?

Since the '99-'00 season, has their been a more IMPORTANT player to their team as Shaq? If your answer is no, and that Shaq has been the most important, please explain your reasoning. If your answer is yes, and that there has been a more important player, please explain your reasoning.
Keep this in mind. Kobe hasn't won a single playoff series without Shaq, and NEARLY EVERY stat of his has dropped, except scoring. And even with his scoring, his FG% has dropped. And the Lakers were 3-0 without Kobe. Wade's numbers are down without Shaq, and the Heat are realizing that they're not as good as everyone gives them credit for, without Shaq, or with an injured Shaq. Also, look at Penny. He went from being compared to Magic Johnson, to a reserve (coming off the bench) in just a handful of years. So we have Kobe and Wade both being compared to Jordan, and Penny being compared to Magic Johnson... hmmmmmmm... Now who has been the most IMPORTANT player to his team in the last 7 years? hmmmmmm

Andre Iguodala-he should come back and rightfully win what he should have won last year

James White-Freethrow line under the leg dunk.need not say more.

Josh Smith-Hes a VERY good dunker actually but whatever happened to him last year?

Rodney Carney-most explosive dunker in the recent draft...

Why'd David Stern ban tights? Or was this just a rumor?

I heard that tights were banned from the NBA, but I was watching the Sioux Falls Skyforce (D League) practice and one of their players wore tights. Does anyone know?

What is wrong with people sayin Michael Jordan wasnt the best ever?

It frightens me that people could be that dillusional to not see he's the best ever. It wasnt even close. Id probably take him over any TWO players. Youd win more games with MJ than any two players probably. Yes he was that great.

Two Questions?????????

How can I run the floor better? I am on the frosh-soph basketball team and not just in a game but when we are doing sprints, I get tired easily, and feel like throwing up/vomiting. How can prevent that? Am i lacking nutrients or something? Please, I need help, I want to run the floor without this happening.
2nd question- How tall will i be if I
am 5'7 at 14 yrs old, (like 14.3 yrs old)

Dad=5'10

in basketball stat taking, does a player who is fouled while shooting have a missed attempt stat as well?

Ex. A girl shoots and is hacked so she air balls it. She goes to the line for a shooting foul. Does she have to take the missed attempt stat so her stat line would be 0-1. Basically punished for being fouled when it comes to percentage? Or does it only count if the ball goes in as an attempt? Anyone with real stat knowledge know? I can't find the answer by searching anywhere.
