How can I run the floor better? I am on the frosh-soph basketball team and not just in a game but when we are doing sprints, I get tired easily, and feel like throwing up/vomiting. How can prevent that? Am i lacking nutrients or something? Please, I need help, I want to run the floor without this happening.
2nd question- How tall will i be if I
am 5'7 at 14 yrs old, (like 14.3 yrs old)
Mom=4'10
Dad=5'10

Thank You very much

First question- I used to be the same but my friend showed me a easy way to keep stamina up. Just stand up and go up and down on your tippy-toes about 100-200 times(or until it hurts your legs) and not only would your stamina get better but your legs will be stronger. It sounds simple and it is.

Second question-I think you would get near 5' 11"-6' tall. Not bad for a 14 year old. I was 6' at 14 and haven't grown but 2 inches since.

Your electrolytes could be out of whack because of perspiration. Try getting some Gatorade or Powerade to drink before and during your sprints. You may also want to get some peanut butter and crackers or cheese to eat prior to doing your sprints. If that doesn't help, you may have a blood sugar problem. One sign that you have a blood sugar problem is thirst and weakness. You didn't mention being thirsty, but that is usually a sign of high blood sugar. Weakness could be a symptom of low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. If you start feeling week, eat some peanut butter and crackers. If that helps, low sugar could be the problem. If your symptoms persist, you need to get to a doctor and have him check you. There are a number of other health issues which could be going on. It would probably be a good idea to get checked anyway.
