i play basketball, and practice is just to hard it will be easier with better shape players.

i play basketball as well. i'm a junior in highschool and i use to play in California, but i moved to Tennessee and they were in much more shape than i was because we didn't condition that much in Cali., i ran on my own and practiced for 2 hours on the weekends, but i lost the habit and there was nothing i could do except for push myself at practice to be in the condition that i should be in. we started off running 2-3 miles everyday nonstop, running bleachers 30 min., running stairs 20 min, and sprinting 50 sprints baseline to baseline. just push yourself and you'll get there, what ever you do, don't quit. quitting is too easy. if you just push yourself, you'll be suprised as to how fast you get in shape.

With the right attitude,you can do anything.People will feel lucky to know you.With a better shape-you need better cosmetics also like- extra shiny lip gloss,Ultra moisturizing face cream-Nail color-mascara all will goes with the perfect shape.Shape looks great when you have a perfect make up also.As well as perfect dress also.For better shape do yoga too.Well if you prefer exercise here it it- It's called Marry-Go-Round: Stand with your legs spread and slowly bend over to touch the ground.Keep your knees slightly bent and inhale as you swing your entire body to the right,keeping hips facing forward.Lift your chest up and continue to swing your arms up and to the back as you come to standing position.Lean backward as far as comfortable,keeping your neck loose.Exhale and continue to swing around the to the left.Back to start.Repeat to the other direction completing 5-20 circles to each side.It's an easiest workout for ladies especially young.( and it works).It's more over helps to blast belly fat.Better shape with better workout !
