what can you do to make it easier to palm a ball, i can currently palm it for 5 or 6 seconds but then it drops, and dont say grow taller

Make sure it's a fully inflated indoor ball. It's easier to palm indoor balls. Trim your nails so they won't get in the way. Stretch your fingers and grip the ball tight.
Palming the ball is really just a matter of how big your hands are. The instructions above are only gonna help a little.

If you can currently palm a ball for 5 to 6 seconds, the size of your hands is not the question but the strength of your hands and possible length of your fingers are. With your finger tips in the groove of the ball this will help. Also a good leather basketball or a composite ball made with a moisture absorber will help. Get you one of those devices that you clutch to increase hand and forearm strength and use that. This should be the final piece of the puzzle!

If you can palm the ball for that long, I think your hand is big enough but you fingers are not strong enough. I would suggest buying one of those black sueeze things to stregthen the muscles in your hand and even squeezing tennis balls will help.

I had the same problem, if you just keep trying over and over, just keep on trying to stretch ur fingers as far over the ball as possible, u might not even be able to grip it for long but after a while somehow it works. i would give it about 2 weeks before u can do it for as long as ur hand doesn't get tired. goodluck!

Stretch your hands alot. Grip the ball in different areas. Maybe this will work.
