they fixed their hands down biggest problem of last year, the bullpen now led by wickman. all of the great rookies have a year experience under their belts now, francoer, Mccann, langerhans, and not to mention smoltz, chipper, andreu, renteria! plus hudson is due, hampton is back, chuck james is getting good so what gives?

Why do you think it is that a certain 360 lb Tiger fan is so jealous of the White Sox. Is it that:
1) He is jealous that the city of Chicago is loaded with entertainment and life, while Detroit is a crime wasteland.
2) Just cannot get over that Tigers CHOKED last year, first losing the division to the Twins, then losing the World Series to a team most predicted would not even make the playoffs going into the last week of the year.
3) Maybe he is confused. Sox have rivalries with the Twins and Cubs. The Tigers??? That really is a who cares!
4) You win the World Series you can brag - you lose - you are a loser. Loser. Loser.
5) You are embarrased that your spokesman is Jeff Daniels. You know, that guy from Dumb and Dumber. So is it the Tigers - the Dumb and Dumber team!
6) Maybe it is that you are just plain sad that you only have had ONE winning season in the last 14 years.
7) Maybe you just plain suck.

My fiance lost an eye when he was fifteen just the sight from a bad car accident. Is it possible even to play in the minor league withh one eye? He's still great and passionate about it just doesn't get the drive because he assumes that he won't be able to play semi-professionally or professionally. Help me prove him wrong! I say one person can change it but I need someone to tell me if I'm being a dreamer or is he being hopeless.

Im currently a freshman and play jv baseball for my team. Im a catcher, but a third string one, or "bullpen catcher". The starter is just a catcher, and the second string is a better outfielder, but still a good catcher. I think i can do just as good as the starter and other people have said it. I work harder than all our catchers, and one one them on varsity i know i work harder than. Eventually, i would like to play varsity catcher because both of our catchers are seniors.

Is there a good website that not only includes drills and tips, but videos i can download on my ipod for free. I know all the right fundamentals, and not to concerned with them, but i would like to find drills and videos of the best catchers.

and also..bonus question lol...what is the average size of a catcher, because i'm the smallest catcher on JV and varsity, and no one who knows me thinks im a catcher.
