Lou Gehrig holds the record for grand slams in a career with 23. He once hit 3 grand slams in a 4 day period (8/29/31-9/1/31).
Manny Ramirez has 20 as of May 28, 2006. He will probably break the record during the 2008 season if the pace continues and he stays healthy
