I think if they keep thier young team keep Delmon Young he is going to kick everyones ***. Unlike you Yankees fan we D-rays fans arent bandwagoners. Most of you yankees fans cannot name a single player besides Jeter and A-Rod. Delmon Young will be better than both of them, and if they keep Carl Crawford and keep Rocco Baldielli and get some good pitching then the d-rays will rule the MLB. Also we got the most underrated 2ndbaseman in Jorge Cantu also johnny gomes is good. also 3rd baseman BJ Upton has a lot of potenial. Best of all Scott Kazmir is a cy young in the making he will be greater than Johan Santana and Curt Schilling combined.

I am a travel softball coach and have been for a couple of years... Over the past couple of years, we have had some trouble with uniforms. Last year was the first year things turned out ok, but the colors were boring.
The girls and I have decided that this year, we would like to find some uniforms that we can combine two colors. We would really like lime green and some type of blue (preferably not navy) to be the main colors.
I would like for somebody to give me a website or any information that would help... Thanks! =]

Who else thinks that the Twins new stadium is a bad idea? It will be bigger, yes, but it won't have a roof and the sun will always be in your eyes....ugh. I think its a BAD idea!!!

My accuracy drills usually consist of throwing at a strike zone sized target, picking a spot, and seeing how many times I can hit it in 5 pitches, then doing another set of 5 to see if I can beat it, etc etc etc. I have found this helps me to focus on thinking about every throw.

What I am wondering is if anyone has any thoughts on how to spruce these drills up, make them more interesting. Things such as games I can play like solitaire with throwing at a target. Is anyone else doing this or have any ideas or games?

How exactly does it work? I know what arbitration is in that minor leaguers who want more money agree to go to allowing a third party decide. What i'd like to know is when can a player go to arbitration? What benefits does he have in not going to arbitration, and what benefits does the team have? Also, what is the whole thing with Ryan Howard know that concerns Albert Pujols' salary or arbitration result?

1. Can you believe mark prior is actually ready for spring training? Healthy? Being a cub fan, I can't.
2. Who do you want to play center : Jones, Pie, Soriano, or Theriot.

I don't want Soriano to play because that means Jones in right. Jones would be better off in center.
