Hi Im a 34 YO female and am looking for a book with great tips on improving my batting swing so wthat I get more strength in my arms. what is the best book you have found or bought on this? I would like to find one with really good hints and probably illustartions on showing me the stance and how to swing the bat. Im on a girls softball team any good book names would be appreciated thanks

Don't just say radar gun. I know that much. I don't have access to one, and the only time I ever used one was going through a speed trap.

Essentially, are there places where I can go and throw to test out my speed? Or, is there a relatively inexpensive yet accurate device out there I can use on my own? Thanks.

Beginning in 2007 Pete Rose can be considered as a candidate into the Baseball Hall of Fame by the "Halls Committee on Baseball Veterans" (basically those in the hall)... do u think they will allow him to be a candidate???

I have written yahoo, about this problem over a week ago several times with no response back from them. I have a valid User ID and Password and I have checked and rechecked my profile, but , no help at all from them. Jason Varitek has more homeruns than he does this season. And with all the money they have spent on superstar hitters, they are still looking for sluggers. Poor Yankees. What do you guys think??
