Last night in the third period of the Buffalo v. Nashville game, Nichol "sucker punched" Jaroslav Spacek in the side of the head from behind, causing him to be down on the ice and unable to get up for three-four minutes.
Some are defending what he did, saying he was upset after Spacek "spiraled" him into the net. Others are saying that his intent was to seriously injure Spacek and that Nichols should be suspended for the remainder of the season.
What do you think Nichol's punishment should be?
