With due respect I would say your question is uncomplete coz there are two types of bowlers, quick and spin. If you talk about fast bowling then there has to be two persons Glenn Mcgrah of Australia and Wasim Akram of Pakistan and if its about spin bowling then Shane Warne and Murali of Sri Lanka. By the way this answerer "mfgabenz" is drunk or high on some drugs. I been to the Philippines many times and never saw any one playing cricket there. So what bowling she is talking about?

It depends on how you define "Great"
Number of wickets ? Shane Warne, but will soon be overtaken by Murali whose current tally is 674, and he will have achieved that feat in lesser number of test matches and Murali even has a lower average.
My opinion is Shane is the greatest leg spinner, Murali is the greatest off spinner. They are both legends in their own right.

Paeng Nepomuceno
--
In a ceremony held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, an FIQ official cited Paeng with these words: "No international bowling athlete is more deserving of recognition than Paeng. In addition to his long list of well-known achievements as a world champion in three decades, Paeng truly has been and continues to be an extraordinary ambassador for Filipino sport."
