Then he starts to mock/insult/point out the errors of your religion, cause propaganda and spread hatred.

The question is.....

Are you sad that this happened,

or

Are you glad that your religion is one moron less?

I'm not a big believer in ghost stories or contacting random dead people, but I do believe that there can be a connection to a spirit you were involved with emotionally, such as a family member, friend, or even pet. Being skeptical, I'm still not gona go out and try this, having no knowledge of the effects, but please feed my curiousity!

Okay, I'm not going to say much here. My opinion is that you either didn't bother to study it at all, or just rebuked every logical and factual bit of information because it threatened your belief. Which one is it? Or were you just not intelligent enough to understand the concepts of it?

There is no question that species evolved over time, changing and becoming more complex. If you deny this I will not even consider you opinion because you are too ignorant to accept any type of logic or scientific knowledge. Some of your ignorance shows through when I hear comments like: I didn't come from a monkey. Please spare me...

Think about this question. Im sure we all know that when we dream it all feels so real until we wake up. How can you be so sure that you are not sleeping now?

Why did he give the perfect people, Adam&Eve, the easy sin to deny...Don't eat of the tree...?But us bunch of lowly imperfect sinners have a far more complicated set of rules... no drunkeness,no murder, no fornication, masterbation, gluttony, etc. etc...I mean this is like setting up humanity for a down fall. It's our nature to sin, right? Why be so hard on us? I want the easy choice. I'd leave that damned tree alone for a chance at eternal life and happiness!! Seems like kind of a crappy set-up from your God of love. And then we're supposed to be thankful? Thanx for nuthin!

Im just asking because I think it will be interesting. So please dont answer me as if I have an agenda.

When Jesus walked the earth, the Father quickened a truth to Peter. Peter confessed, "Jesus Christ the Son of the living God." Jesus said it was the Father who revealed this to Him.

Also, later, Jesus talked to Peter about the crucifixion. Peter responded from his own reasoning, "No! No! Be it far from you Lord!" Jesus called Peter satan and said he cared for the things of man and not God.

Don't Muslims see that Father God revealed to Peter that Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God?(That is the foundational truth of Christianity)

But Peter was in his own understanding (or satans) about Jesus dieing on the cross?

The second situation reminds me of something in the Koran.

I watched a fascinating documentary on the brain and religious belief. A man who had been a hard-core athiest all his life had a seizure that was so severe that he almost died. During the time he was unconscious, he believed he was taken to some other place where he discovered that he was either in hell or going to hell. He was shocked to learn that Christianity was the accurate religion and was quite alarmed because he had rejected it and now was going to pay the price. The doctors saved the man. They told him he'd had a seizure. He related his experience.

They found this interesting and started to study the temporal lobe responses to things. They are still studying. They found that those who are "temporal lobe sensitive" respond to a particular kind/shape of magnetic fields and report more religious experiences. Then they designed a helmet that applies these magnetic fields directly to the temporal lobes, but it only worked on some of the people they studied.

My boyfriend and I are Christians. We are both baptized believers who are seeking to recommit our relationship with God. We feel as though we haven't always put God first, in regards to making decisions in our relationship. How can we become stronger Christians as well as a stronger couple?
