Hitler sent roughly 6 million people to a horrible death...

But the Christian God sends (and will send) BILLIONS of non-believers to a fate worse than simply ending their existence... they will be burned in an eternal fire.

Of course, the Christian God is omnipotent and omniscient. He could have simply chosen not to create the people that he knew would not believe in him. Instead, he chose to provied little or no evidence for his existence, thereby ensuring that most people would not believe (he knew that would happen too).

Is this kind of God worthy of worship?

Name your sources, if you like, but PLEASE do NOT reproduce the entire content of any “holy” book here to make/support your case – I’ll take your word for it. :-) … I am, in fact, only interested in the underlying spirito-physiological mechanisms of soul-separation and nature, IF ANY, as opposed to the theological proof (or NOT) of its existence. Again, I am interested in YOUR understandings and interpretations of the issue at hand (based on your intuitions and/or faithful references) and not verbatim reproductions of chapters and verses of “holy” books of faith. Please be concise and, above all, TO THE POINT. …Thank You!

you died, met god and then god said to you: "I want you to go back to earth, and start a religion where you were the supreme being." And in doing so, you would be gifted with absoulte supreme power over all life and creation. God did this because he was ready to retire from the job and wanted to hand it over to someone else. What would your religion be like and what would you call it? Or would you turn down the offer; if so, why?

I asked this yesterday and I think it was interpreted as 'is it wrong to find God?' I meant to ask is it alright to use (in your own opinion) ungodly methods to attempt a connection with Him? I know he wants us to seek and embrace him, but what about a practicioner of good magic attempting to stare Him in whatever representation of his eyes presents itself?

Does inspiration require a verbatim dictation from God? Have you been so inspired? If so, describe how this has happened to you.

Or instead, does inspiration suggest "walking in a Godly direction?" Does it more involve impulses, actions and words that take context into account? Have you been inspired in this way? If so describe this as well.

Whats the one thing most major religions have in the common? The Bible. Each religion has applied it diffrently, but they all use it. One of the main messages is to have Faith. Could it be, that what is important is just that we have Faith, and the rest of it will just fall into place?

Do you think 10% is a requirement for Christians, or an option, or personal between the Christian and the Lord?

Please write biblical verses?

My faith is that Christian is saved (inherit everlasting life) at moment of being born of God, by the will of God, through faith. So tithing/offering or not tithing/offering will not change Born of God Christian statis (everlasting life).

the bible talks about the soul - so science has nothing to do with the soul - it's something spiritual - atheist do you think that the spiritual world exist - if you say yes - God is a Spirit which is another proof of the existance of God

if the soul exist God exist too -conscience is the center of the soul which tell us want is good and bad - it always remind us the wrong things as well as the good things we do!!

example:

conscience is real - have you heard a little voice inside that tells you Hey don't do that is not correct" " hey don't go there is dangerous" or "hey why did you took the _________ that was not yours. etc. etc.

I'm Christian, and one of the most important teachings is to recognize god, or go to hell. Well what if I was raised in Islam and taught to believe in Allah and he was the only true god? Would I be forgiven for my misleadings? I mean, that's a big screw up worshipping the wrong god for your entire life, and practicing rituals Christians would object to. What if what were being taught is wrong, and some other religion is the true religion? And what makes our religion more true'er than others? Who's to say we aren't brainwashed, and the religous books are nothing but principles of life to live by, carefully written by ones who seek fame or to calm society? Basically, what I'm saying is, is ignorance forgiven? I believe in "a" god but I don't know if what I'm being told is accurate.
