First, as a favor, read Revelation Chapter 8, especially verse 11 (you can probably find it on the web for those who don't have a Bible) then do some research on the Chernobyl explosion in Russia. (which can also be found on the web)
Then, tell me what comes to mind about what is said in Revelation Chapter 8.

I was recently told by a Christian: "If you have to ask, then the answer is No". Does this logic apply here too?

An intercession prayer, not necessarily about me, but about "others" ... just other people out there.

why are muslims claiming that the 9/11 terroist attacks were the work of jews and americans? they say that on that day the jews were advised not to go to work there. but i know a number of jews too who were killed in those towers.
I am not an american or a jew, and i dont even live in america, but do you americans actually believe this rubbish that muslims keep making up to cover up their own evil actions?

It could not have always existed because nobody knew when 0 occured. It clearly was created after the time of christ. If possible, please provide a source. If you are still confused by the question I will try to carify. When and who created the first set of time periods, from the beginning of the world to what ever time period it was? Thank you for your assistance.

Would you trust a description of America given to you by an Islamist extremist? Could you trust the judgement of anyone telling you about somewhere they didn't want to go?

The way I see it, heaven is going to be full of tedious dullards, hypocrites, "saved" mass murderers, televangelists, gospel singers, homophobes and generally interfering busybodies.

Hell, on the other hand, is going to be full of people who know how to enjoy themselves, live peacefully without interfering with others' happiness, know how to have a laugh, there will be good music, fast motorbikes, beer, like-minded members of the opposite sex and - let's face it - most of our friends. I understand that the Devil isn't in the business of doing God's work so I'm not persuaded he's going to punish me (no-one's ever said God would do it), rather that he would recognize me as doing his works in a very minor way and let me joni the party. Who wants to join me?

Defend its validity? Or click the abuse button out of spite, because you feel your faith cannot be defended, or you don't know how?

Which is it?

Like I really needed to ask.

For example christianity uses the term God to describe their main deity and muslims use the term Allah for their deity. There are many others across many religions such as the japanese Kami and so on. During translations from one language to english I noticed that no matter the deity it's always translated into "God". Is this an appropriate translation or are the translators using their own religion to interpret another religion's/language's deity? Is it a mind set that "I believe that God is the creator of all so this other religion's creator of all must be my same God even though it's refered to in another name"? Try to be as respectful and honest as possible with your answers. Thank you.

I have to read the following for religion homework:
Luke 23: 32-43
John 17: 6-26
Luke: 22: 31-33

They are intercession attitudes or forms of prayer w/e ... I think?

Some questions after reading them is:
"How does this attitude of prayer shape your relationship with others?" ... well I don't know because I don't see how it's related to other people.

"How is this attitude imporant in human relationships?" ... I guess it's important because the prayers are about other people not yourself?

And I have to write a prayer based on the attitude (intercession). Does anyone have any ideas? How do I write a prayer and about what and who???

Why do Protestant Christians follow the traditions of the Catholic Church such as Christmas, Easter, and the Sunday Sabbath when they are in fact protesting Catholicism? All of these traditions are nowhere to be found in the Bible. They were all adopted into Christianity during the late 3rd and early 4th century AD. An even a better question; why do you follow traditions that have replaced God's traditions with the traditions of Roman Emperors and Catholic Popes? The Feast of Redemption, Passover, and the Saturday Sabbath, which God commands us to follow, have been replaced by Christmas, Easter, and Sunday Sabbath, which Catholicism commands us to follow. As Protestants why do you follow Catholic Holidays over God’s biblical Holidays? Do you think God changed his mind and is willing to change his commandants and laws whenever he wants to? Or are Gods commandments infinite and never changing?

(Sorry, I have a lot of questions!)
