You cannot be forgiven unless you forgive. When you are forgiven by God, all is forgiven not just the worst deed.
Now, if you're talking purely in terms of the mortal world then your question could be valid. You have the power to forgive the person who wronged you most or you have the power to be completely forgiven by the person you most wronged.
In that case, I choose to forgive the one who wronged me most. When you hold a grudge you only hurt yourself. The person who did you wrong doesn't know that you spend time being angry and upset. The person who did you wrong doesn't care. If you forgive that person, then you can stop being angry and upset. You can heal yourself and be happy again. I choose to forgive.

Is this about either being God or being touched by God? Only God can forgive the worst deed doer but to be the worst dood doer and to be forgiven, then you must be touch by God.

Also, are we saying, forgiven: the person forgives you, or you feel no guilt whatsoever.
