Apparently somebody didn't like my answer to the original version of this question. It was:
I forgot.... which verse in the Bible says "Thou shalt not hate cats"?
This is what is called a rhetorical question. It is a method of answering a question with a question. Should one follow through, one would find that there is no such admonition in the Bible, therefore, extrapolating, one finds that hating cats has nothing to do with being a Christian.

Whence cometh my question. Why would somebody have a disupute with my answer.

The reason given was "Not a question or answer" Obviously, it was both.

Sooo, what's the deal? Am I stupid and can't recognize questions and answers? Or is there somebody who doesn't understand rhetorical questions.

Anybody else.... Do you thing my answer inapprorpiate? Do you thing that it failed to address the question given?

I'm kind of at a loss.

well God is the one of the bible all else are fake gods along with anything else we chose to make our god=worship worthship ahead of the God of heaven.

Psalm 19 "The heavens declare the glory of God and His word declares who he is."

I as a Jew dug deep to find out who is the Messiah Isaiah so well described our Messiah
9verse 6 "Unto us a child is born, a son is given, and he will be the prince of peace, God almighty, the everlasting father, the wonderfull counselor." and as the messiah said -I and my father are one, and If you have seen me you have seen the father.-


well to find this Messiah - I found his words from heaven-spoken to John -Revelation1:1 and 3vs19&20 "I LOVE YOU, AND ASK YOU TO REPENT FROM YOUR SINS, AND LET ME IN TO DELIVER YOU. BEHOLD I KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR TO COME IN, AND BECOME YOUR FRIEND, WHEN YOU LET ME IN."

God wasnt real to me till I prayed "Jesus forgive my sins, come into my heart and help me, amen"

well is God real to you-or is he not?

Take a minute to look at history and observe how absurd people’s beliefs were. When there was a storm out at sea, it was because Poseidon was upset, and when lighting was cast down from the sky, Zeus was the one chucking the electric charges to Earth from Mount Olympus. Zeus had an all powerful son, Jesus…I mean Hercules who rode around on a flying dog…wait, that’s “The Never Ending Story”. The point is things have changed, right? That series of beliefs has come to be known as Greek MYTHology.

How are things different now???

Please someone explain the logic of God to me, I am seriously interested and not just trying to be a religion basher.

The essence of what makes you you? Okay, great but what the heck is that?
The part of you that resides in the spiritual realm? Um, okay but what does that mean?

Can you just give me any definition that you think your soul is? Or if you're pretty sure you don't have a soul, can you tell me why you don't? Or better yet, tell me why other people think they do have a soul.

7:14 born from a virgin as 70 Rabbis interpreted the word Alma- a young pure virgin-to have a sign, a miracle birth, and bring forth God with us.
since we get our blood from our father-it would as the muslims say have to be a virgin birth, also all true Jewish people will see this because they will not reject the Messiah. Romans 2 last two verses -"One is not a Jew by the circumcision of the flesh, but of the heart. Whose praise is of God and not of mankind. "

who do we praise -someone that is pie in the sky, the one that is real to us? If you dont know the messiah its just a possibility someone will come and fulfill these prophecies -yet with no temple God would be a liar to tell Moses we have to have blood sacrifice for sins-for it was destroyed 70 bce and If the Messiah hadnt came already -then we were left with an unreal Messiah-and my Jewish people would have to make up a new religion-rejecting Moses and the blood atonement for sin!TY
