Karma: Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Jim Morrison, Some Phaoroas in Egypt etc. they became Gods and are worshipped . Thats not the only for of gods, I believe that if you have the ability to believe and choose to believe, you will be able to become a God or Energy that people will be able to tap into for strengh when they feel week or just when they want power for what ever reason. How did any Gods came to be? We havent seen any of them, but we know there is something supernatural out there. Of course, you will never be greater than Chaos. Even if your the most powerful God, you will never be greater than the universe with all its dimensions and if your not one with the universe, your not a God.

There's the option that transcends all of them -- that there is no individual self and that all the seemingly separate things are illusions. This means there's no birth, no rebirth, no reincarnation, no life, no afterlife, no death - just that the indvidual (psychological and physical) is an artificial construct and doesn't exist. When this is realized, there's no issue with life and death and birth. It's completely non-dualistic and is beyond anything we can imagine and is something that our egos reject but something that has been directly experienced y some.

"you can believe you are able to become a god and be worshipped?"....Hmm..

Where do they believe that ? Sounds tempting.

I will like getting " Moksha" . In the mean while, I am ok with the reincarnation. Reincarnation is not the ultimate goal. Its a path for development of soul to reach final goal. Moksha is when you get united with Supreme soul and "seize to exist " as an individual
(Soul).

Reincarnation.

It is the only thing that makes sense when you witness how our earth operates on a seasonal basis. As we come from and are part of the earth's environment, we must be reborn as the earth is reborn in spring.

What is argued about is what happens between the two levels of existence. And frankly, the only people who have any real sense of it are those who have lived through a near death experience. Everyone else is speculating.

My consciousness hasn't yet been able to transcend mortality, so until I actually die I couldn't tell you. Since I'm not in a hurry to get there, speculation about an afterlife would be exactly that- speculation. I've got better things to do while I'm here than worry about what's next.

"Nirvana" and "cease to exist" are the same thing. I would choose Nirvana, though I believe that I will be reincarnated if I cannot achieve Nirvana ...
