I read your other question (the thumbs down question) and came back to this one. No, I can't name anyone on here that I consider a friend. I don't know anyone well enough yet but I hope to. I am a Christian, but do not disrespect others for their beliefs. I do think, however, that some people deliberately try to harass, defame, etc., not only Christians, but other faiths, agnostics, atheists, etc., who are participating in this forum in genuine debate. They could ask a question/answer a question without using slurs, epithets, humiliating the questioner/asker in the same format, but they don't. (So sad.) Many are here because they are genuinely seeking answers, others for the social aspects - loneliness. I do not know Mav, but, if she is a Christian, she is my sister in Christ and I hope that she will reconsider her decision about signing off. God bless.

I am a catholic and I date a muslim. My best friend is a buddhist. So what bearing does religion have on if a person is good or just ignorant. Most of the people making slurs have no right as they are not without sin themselves. I am sure they are the first to judge however.

Mav, Deb are two that come to mind. They are kind and have never cast judgment on me.

There are many others. I really couldn't name them all.

Have to say I havent met many folks tolerant of Christians. Mostly because people claiming to be Christians arent and act like it too, making non-believers think Christians suck.

But congrats to you two!!!!

I've seen several posts by people whom I think would be very interesting people.

Especially if the person writes a thought provoking answer. It doesn't matter if I agree or not.

Greetings Endora.

I try to live at peace with anyone regardless of religious beliefs.
(i.e. Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Shinto, etc.). As long as people give me due respect I give that respect in return.

It's the bigots and hypocrites who give me a hard time.

Peace.

Pangel (Spiritualist) - So kind, one of the few people I have met who are capable of unconditional love...

Muslimah (Muslim) - Very wise and proud, a good example of morality

Debra M (Catholic) - A, wise, kind and gentle person

and many more...
