I am so tired of hearing the copouts many of you use to justify your disgusting behavior. “Humans aren’t perfect, every one sins, as a human I cannot help it.” These are all copouts! Why do you think so poorly of yourself? You are made in the image of God; the divine has touched you. You have complete control over your life. You are not a donkey or a swine, although these creatures have displayed more humanity than many of you, yet you still act as if you are a primitive animal with no capacity for thought. You do not have to sin! Let me repeat that, you are in total control and you can abstain from sinning. You are in control! Total control is your. No more excuses!

How can we recognize the true religion without mixing anyithing..just thinking.dont loook at the cristinas or jews or muslims today think about which religion describes the God from your internal point the best,,for examle can God be materialistic and if He cant then why we still argue about his will,what if the last religion is the true one what will you do next,or you are still not using your brain,pls answer corect.

all over the world there are cases of children who believe that they were once someone else and can name other family members and where they used to live and how they died. How could a young child know all that. Isn't that evidence? How do relgious people explain this

I wonder why atheists spend so much time trying to discount your faith rather than finding the answer to where we go after we die? Do you not believe in your own death, that everyone that has lived and breathed has died and not come back. This earth has been around for billions of years so why do atheists think a life time of maybe 80 years is anymore than a millisecond compared to all of time. IF I WERE AN ATHEIST, I'D BE PRAYIN EVERYDAY THERE WAS A GOD. Should you not? Its really too bad you waste all your time trying to deny the only hope you have.

I wonder if peple that fight wars do it thinking that God wants this ? I cannot believe that a loving God would want to have people kill each other in his name ? Please tell me what you think about this. I am against war and have always been. I feel that wars has never solved anything. Sorry, but I am getting really fed up with the questions coming from you religious people on here, or, to be fair, from a number of you.

First, let me state a few FACTS:

1) I am an atheist
2) I do not want you to convert me
3) I am not stupid
4) I have an education

Now, I would explain all those, but as of now, I am down to 600 chars left, so...

My question is, why do you guys have to write so many questions on here that are meant to do absolutely nothing but put down, belittle, or otherwise offend those of us who do not agree with you? Is it not your duty, as a good christian, or whatever else you might be, to treat everyone with respect and kindness? Love thy neighbor and all of that? Yet, every day I see questions like, "Do atheists understand the difference between fact/hypothosis..etc", as if we're stupid people...
Why can't you just believe what you want and let us do the same without you telling us how wrong we are all the time?

When I was a christian, years ago now, I did! I was happy to be hated, persecuted and tormented - because it proved to me the bible was right, when it said this would be the case. The more the merrier, I felt, as it merited a better afterlife for me, proportionate to my suffering on Earth!

Are you not able to believe and ACCEPT the words of your bible, nowadays? Why do you (as a collective of course, meaning not as individuals, as we are all different) whine, moan and begrudge what you KNOW to be "the way of your Lord"?

Do you understand that you cannot fool God? Stop going to church every Sunday. Do not waste your time Earth since this may very well be the only time you have. You attend services on Sunday yet fornicate on Monday. You do not help your fellow man. You steal and commit adultery yet you proclaim your righteousness. The law of God is the law of God. You cannot trick God. We do not have to be sinners. To stop sinning is as simple as not doing it. The only things one must do are those things, which are out of their control. Functions like breathing are involuntary. There is no physiological imperative that demands a man or woman have intercourse with a married person or with an animal. You will not die if you do not sleep with that man’s wife. Stop the excuses. From this day forward sin no more.
