My belief in reincarnation is more logical. I look at nature and see cycles. Water cycle, nitrogyn cycle, hydrogyn cycle, etc. Why would the Creator make Life any different?

Then there is the Law of Conservation for just about everything. Energy, matter, water, etc. Nothing in the universe is dsrtoyed, but all things change form. Why would our lives be different?

Guess i am a believer. Yeah reincarnation. There is evidence the bible as well, when john is said to be elijah, that back then most people believed in reincarnation. It is the cycle of birth and rebirth is one thing that we are trying to break, to be saved from. That is the dream we need to break free from.

The karma is the sin we need to wash clean. It would take about a million of years of good behaviour, more if we are not trying. BUT we have a friend in Jesus who has paid his dues and has a cc that can pay off our debt much quicker, and is willing to let us use it. We still need to do some work ourselves, do not think it comes easy.

For those believers who do not believe in reincarnation: No worries, because the karma manifests itself in each life, and i find working at this life is enough for now.

Freedom in Jesus Christ.

In fact a lot of religions also believe reincarnation . Even the early christian believe in reincarnation for about three hundreds years until the emperor Constantine recognised the church. Reincarnation was declared a heresy by the Council of Constantinople. What do you think the early Christians were thinking when they asked Christ whether he was Elijah, who had come before? They were thinking reincarnation. I remembered some of the Christians ask if reincarnation is true, why the population of the world increased tremendously since beginning? The reason is that reincarnation not necessary happened in the same form of life. It can be reincarnation from lower form of life eg.animal to higher form of live like human being.or vice versa.

I have included the concept of reincarnation in some of my answers. Hindus for one, believe in reincarnation. Hindus don't believe that God is making the world pay for the sins of other people. We have to pay for our own sins, nobody else's. Else God would not be fair. People reincarnate because when they commit bad deeds, they create negative karma for which they must suffer. Hindus also do not believe in hell. There are hellish regions but souls only go there temporarily. We don't believe in hell because if God is forgiving, he will give us as many chances as we need to work out our negative karmas. We carry this karma from life to life, some are born poor, some rich, some are born into suffering etc. We have these multiple births as "second" chances from God to correct our wrongdoings. When we create enough good karma and are spiritually ready, we become free of the cycle of birth and death and become one with God.

I personally haven't seen any convincing evidence that suggests reincarnation, but of all the after-life beliefs, I think I like that one best. Just keep starting over, no need to worry about a boring eternity type thing.

The disciples believed unquestioningly in reincarnation because in John chapter 9 1-3 they pased a blind man and asked Jesus "Rabbi, who sinned this man or his parents that he was born blind?" which means they also believed in Karmic justice. Jesus did not condemn their belief so why is reincarnation a taboo subject for many Christians?

Have you set down with a child and heard them say these things: have you heard, it read or seen it on TV. I see Superman fly on TV, but I don't think I am going to put on a cape today and jump off of a building. As for children, they have great imaginations, try working at a Day Care.
