I am so sick of this crap. I just read a question from a girl asking if she's a "retarded dancer." As the family member of a mentally retarded person, I find this incredibly offensive. Of course, it's easy to pick on the retarded because they can't defend themselves, unlike when you refer to someone as the "N" word. Can people stop being so ignorant, stupid and offensive? If you met an actual retarded person, you would find that they are not very different from yourself, they just have a child-like mind. What's so silly about that?

I don’t want assumptions. There is an exact reason for it. Please answer only if you know.

The purpose of these questions is for people to know the exact knowledge and for the future generation to understand more about all these.

I am going to answer after all your answers: But I also want to know, who is interested.

Don’t forget to star if you like this question ... Hey this is only a reminder, not a request.

America is being run into the ground right now by The United States Government, we are at war with people that haven't done anything to us, a young man is being tasered by police in Fla. just for asking a damn question of John Kerry, we are exporting natural resources in record numbers and importing goods in record numbers, things we could manufacture here. We have more debt than all of the major countries combined, we are in debt to Mexico by 40 billion dollars and folks are rambling about immigration? Are you people stupid?Wake up America. America is no longer #1 at anything but debt. Wake up. It is time for a revolution folks. Get your guns while you still can and equip yourself with a copy of the constitution and REVOLT or die in a work camp!

A woman I work with has been sick and a little down for a few days and me and a few other people at work want to send her a gift.

What would you like if something was being sent to you -

Flowers or a gift basket with candy and tea and stuff like that?

I was wondering who I could "visually map" my tastes, to express them as how they may be different than someone else's. And see if I could draw a collage/montage that expressed it.
Where I'm stuck is I'm not sure If I'm asking myself the right defining questions: Here's how far I've got:

I love sushi, and hate well-done steak.
I love silence, and hate background music.
I don't like advertising, but I work in it.
I love cashmere to the point of having eight (8!) grey v-neck cashmere pullovers. I hate manmade fabrics.
80% of my entire wardrobe is light-blue to dark-blue. Another 10% is pink. I am straight, male, and not afraid to wear shoes decorated with flowers.
I liked, through the years, heavy metal, punk, jazz, French chansons, Italian canzoni, and now silence.
I'm a very good skater - ice or inline, a goodish rock-climber, a very bad driver (I live in the middle of a city). I never learnt a musical instrument and I regret it today.

That's me. Your turn. Paint yourself in words

Basically I was with this group (the wrong one I know!) and there was underage drinking going on and drugs etc, I didn’t take any drugs but I did drink I know it was stupid but what teenager hasn’t ? anyway I felt pretty uncomfortable so I decided to go home as I was about to walk out of the garden this boy came up to me n got me against the wall and started trying to try it on with me, so I kicked him were it hurts and punched him a few times then his girl friend came over n we basically got in2 a fight, it was really stupid, then the police came and I was really drunk and wound up and the police was trying to hand cuff me and I was ’resisting arrest’ and I accidentally elbowed the police in the stomach, he practically threw me to the floor! And he Anyway It was totally out of character , but the chances are im going down for some time as I kinda have a past, any advice apart from ‘ you shouldn’t of done it blah blah’ I already know!

Okay it's now been more than 2 years post Katrina. The city is not back to normal but we're getting there. Except that half of the people are still not back. Perhaps they've put down roots in other places, but I can't imagine living anywhere else. What about you?

There is a debate at work and and Mgmt says the employees should "eat" the hour, the workers say, No, an hour is an hour and we want to be compensated.

How does it work where you are?
