me and my family have done it before. they have also come up to us and asked us for money. we just gave them some. but i have a feeling some of those people just wanted it for bad things(like drugs or alcohol). its none of my business on what they spend the money on but i would just wonder.

If this site is any indication, these folks are everywhere. Since i live around all whites, i'm wondering how many of my associates and friends are closet racists, but have "accepted" me because I don't fit negative black stereotypes.

Any idea? Is it possible to be racist against but have friends/lovers who are the race you despise?

It seems that I'm stuck. The majority of the women I talk to want the same traits in a man, both physically and mentally, I suppose. Now wouldn't that make all the women chasing after the same man? I am by no means anywhere close to being "perfect", but I am perfect for somebody, and "ideal" for a lot of you. So what exactly is it you're looking for? Now remember, you can't all have the same man.

What I am taliking about is what you see everywhere, whenever you go into a convinient store/supermarket/mall.
Its all of the psychological tricks they try to use so that you can spend more of your money. Consumer psychology, all of this which funny enough my girl-friend studies at the university, I find morally wrong. To play on peoples sub-conscious, feed on their weaknesses just so that company can increase their capitol, while at the same time over pricing goods and paying minimum wages for the emplyees.
Yet most people, even though they themselves are victims of this, seem not to care about it. Why?I dont understand it?
People who work in these places, students whos major are related to this and just people in general, they just dont care!
Is it not possible to have a society based on honesty and education,
rather then ignorance and expotation and still be in busine

I'm asking because I posted a couple of questions I knew the answers to just to see the responses for my own personal because i've been disturbed by the racism on here coming from both sides.

What i've found is that questions that put whites in a negative light were either skated over or extremely evasive by the large majority of whites answering. Or people asked me what it mattered or whatnot. Yet, the question where blacks would be placed in a negative light were answered with a more forthcoming nature.

Do whites have a problem accepting the negative realities within their own race yet find it effortless to point the finger at others? If so, what are the implications of this mindset in the grand scale of things? Your opinions on this?

News reports of innocent toddlers being killed, often by their own parents, seem to be more commonplace than in years past. Seems safe to assume that if they're losing their lives they're also being abused more often, which may not necessarily make the headlines.

Is there anything more repulsive and sad? I find it difficult to comprehend how society is apparently failing, in many cases, to protect the most vulnerable among us.

Have you ever found yourself crying over the death of a child you didn't even know?

Now, before you jump all over me here are some reason why i believe it SHOULD be.

1. It would be a huge sorce of revenue for the government in taxes much like ciggarettes.

2. It would lower crime in some degree for drug smuggling.

3. Law enforcement would be able to focus on worse drugs like CRACK, COKE, and PILLS(even though i abdicate pills)

now list your thoughts.

I seem to have too many from the obvious toilet pan seat to a very odd door closing ritual every night before going to bed.

My fiance now calls me Monica Gellar....yeah I'm that bad!!!

Do you think this comes from a form of OCD?

Why do people from the United States call themselves 'Americans'? Isn't America a continent? And what are the rest of us Americans called? If America is a continent, why is it that here it is South America, Central America and North America? Why do they have to stand appart?

It used to be when i was younger going to stores with my mom or dad and they would spark convos with people around them while waiting in line or say hi passing eachother on sidewalks.

Now it seems everyone is too attached to the cell phone that you'll feel you would be invasive if you attempt to say hello if they are on the phone.
Cell phones are GREAT for emergencies or when you're at the crocery store and can't remember a certain ingrediant for recipe and need to call your mother etc..... but come on do we have to be glued to them ...is that convo about what sally said about her neighbors new outfit really that important you can't be bothered by a friendly stranger needing directions to some where or whatever the reason the person is trying to get your attention for.
Why i ask this is because there was a lady that was talking on cell phone about whatever put her bag down of things she just purchased to get a cigeratte out of purse and walked off forgetting to pick up her back...
