this guy went around telling people he kicked his fiancee out of his place and the reasons aren't so good, and he called off from work because he misses his girl , why couldn't he keep it to himself and say it was personal business?if people start to talk isn't his fault for sharing?

Instead of allowing more and more children to be born into these conditions, why not educate on birth control, safe sex, no sex at all? If I lived in poverty or in an area of the world with such sickness, the last thing I'd want would be sex! Why punish a cild like that!

Some argue that hate-speech is covered in freedom of speech. But is it right?

I have no problem with opinions mind you, or saying the opinions, like if you don't like black people or their culture, or gay people, or Asian folk, etc etc. I'm talking about hate-speech, the verbal pollution, the disrespectful speech where you talk of eradicating the people, or their rights.

Is it right in our cultures to defend their right to say anything, including degrading remarks? What about remarks that encourage oppression, or death?

Does it make life worse, or better? Is it good or bad?

Should they be free to say it, or should it be banned?

Heard on the news yesterday, I forget the woman's name, but she was a teacher that molested a 12 or 13 year old boy, and he has been victimized and she forced him to have sex with her.

What did she get? 45 days in prison... What a load of CRAP!! That is not fair! If it was a man he would get 20 years or more.

We live in a sexist culture were women can pull of this... "Oh! I'm so beautiful stunt and get away with it." This is so wrong!!! Why are these judges giving women Pedophilers lighter sentences than men? It's unfair!

If a woman molested my son or daughter, and she gets out easily... I will punch her until her nose bleeds to teach her a lesson.

I am mixed, Chinese/Lao/French/Indian, but more than 2/3rds of me is Asian...I am wondering if I am racist towards Asians because I have lots of friends, but only 2-3 are Oriental....never dated an Oriental girl...I just don't find them attractive; but I do love brown girls.

I am 25, left Laos (small country next to Thailand) when I was 2, came to Canada...I've always been the odd one sticking out as there aren't too many Orientals in my area, nor were there in university...am I racist or a product of my environment? Anyways, I am going back to China and Laos in a month to retrace my roots....would that do anything or do I not have a problem?

We are all grateful for loved ones, flowers, pets and our freedom. What I am asking here is to dig deeper and think outside the box to find unusual things that you are grateful for.

For example:
Monte Roberts (The Man Who Listens to Horses) is color blind. But he is profoundly grateful for being color blind, because it helped him to see that the language horses use to communicate with eachother is an non-verbal "body" language.
