Should men shave their bodies? Their heads? Is it unfair that women are expected to shave? Should men be expected to shave too?

I am Native American and feel that sports teams with Native American mascots offend Native peoples.

Think before you answer, if this were another race, this would not even be an issue.

I have recently have had two police officer friends of mine gunned down in the line of duty with in the past year one of them just today. These men both had families and lived lives of honor and respect. It seems with everything that is going on in the world today that we as a people would wake up and have some unity, peace and some common sense. My question is what can we do to make this happen, or what do we need to stop doing. Something needs to change.

YES, I'M A BAD AMERICAN
By: George Carlin

I Am Your Worst Nightmare. I am a BAD American. I am George Carlin.

I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family, not some mid-level
Governmental functionary, be it Democratic or Republican!

I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!

I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does
Not entitle you to anything.

I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, do it in English.

I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where
They want to.

My heroes are John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Rogers, and whoever canceled Jerry
Springer.

I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor.

I know wrestling is fake and I don't waste my time watching or arguing
About it.

I've never owned a slave, or was a slave, I haven't burned any witches or
Been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you! So, shut up already.

I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you
Came from and change your own country! This is AMERICA

I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson
Preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem
And not the solution. Can I get an AMEN on that one

I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking
The law, regardless of what color you are.

And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my drivers license. I think
it's good..... And I'm proud that "God" is written on my money.

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you
Deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for
The next four years.

I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me
Stuff or trying to guilt me into making "donations" to their cause.

I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes two
Parents.

And what is going on with gas prices... Again?

I believe "illegal" is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.

I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA!

If this makes me a BAD American, then yes, I'm a BAD American.

Are you a BAD American too?

"We want our country back!"

That's right--public, for everyone, not school.

And should the director of the library that stocked it be fired? And should the father of two teenage boys who saw it (and, I'm sure, were quite interested) be allowed to get $20,000 in "damages" from it for their trauma?

http://www.news4jax.com/news/12744140/detail.html

I'm bi, and I think books like this should be available at public libraries (though when I worked in a library, they were frequently stolen, usually by would-be censors or very nervous people.)

I see Blacks going to white colleges alot but at most black colleges it's like 1-2% whites. You claim that you aren't racist but you are scared to go to white colleges because they're predominately black. That sounds racist to me.

Black colleges even give the whites that do go there full tuition, plus it seems like the blacks suck up to the white students there. Heck I know blacks that would go agianst me for a white person (whether it's right or wrong). Many Black Colleges rank higher than white colleges in academics.

So why not go to a black college? 80% of Black colleges have less crime than white Colleges.

My point is don't complain about reverse discrimination unless you've tried every avenue (including black colleges) an all have turned you down.

My neighbor had multiple sclerosis and the last 6 years (she recently passed) she was not able to do anything - not even wink eyelids. She lied on the bed day & night with tubes and her husband took care of her. I would bring my 3 1/2 year old daughter over to visit on average once or twice a month.

Since my daughter only saw the lady lying in a bed not ever moving - I question if she ever thought it was a real person.

I just don't know how much I need to explain next time I visit and the deceased is no longer there.

Would a 3 1/2 year old even think this was a real person since the lady never talked, moved etc?

I know sometimes they get annoying and preachy, sometimes even hypocritical. But isn't it *good* that someone who's acquired some money and status and has fans who might listen to them wants to use those things to help others in some way? Why should they be discouraged, even if you disagree with them or have a better idea? It's something I don't get.

Dont like bald men?

You see all of these commercials for hair products for balding men saying women love a full head of hair - I could care less if a man is balding, just keep it nice a cut - dont grow out the long sides and back and try to do a donald trump or anything - just embrace it.
