Is going to a more prestigious University worth a year of re-sitting?

If you didn't get the right grades, Would it be better if you re-sit your exams next year or start your course anyway in a less prestigious University?

I mean you could graduate a year earlier and do post graduates to improve your status!

This is going to compare the BEST each country has to offer..

WHICH COUNTRY HAS...

-better cars
-better accents
-better culture
-prettier people
-better fighters
-smarter people
-is more violent
-is more dangerous
-has better boxers
-has greater athletes

And finally.. if the UK and the USA were each 1 person, who would win in a fight? Speaking hypothetically of course.

You are a legal adult at 18, can marry, smoke, and get sent to fight in war at age 18, but legally cannot purchase or consume liquor until 21 years of age. Also, I live in a "dry" county, I have to drive an hour to a "wet" county to purchase liquor. No restaurants can build here if they serve liquor. This just doesn't make sense to me. If it's legal in the US, what is the reasoning by making it illegal to sell in certain areas?

I'm Jewish and I'm use to the deal when you have some people who will throw small change and see who gets it and then they will make fun of that person and say "What are you Jewish?" I have also had people put a quarter or penny near me and see if I pick it up.

What I am trying to say in this question is... How are we (Jewish people) money lovers. Christians, Protestants, and Cathloics have two holidays (Easter and Christmas) that are represented by mystical creatures who come to your house and leave stuff. I have two complaints about this. One how is this realated to the holiday. And two, these creatures where created for marketing, to make money. Jews have no creatures that come to houses leaving things. We like our holidays like they have been for 2,000 years. We do not create creatures to make money.

I'm not complaining or trying to say Cristians, Protestants, and Cathloics are the money lovers but, that we all have our take in money.
