Does America still want huddled masses? Is it still willing to take on other countries unwanted and give them a life and hope?

Im British, and from my point of view i think the sentiment on the Statue of Liberty, along with many other things about the US, is what makes it a great country. However, having seen some of the attitudes of Americans on here towards, for instance, immigrants, i was wondering if US citizens still strongly believe in these things or if modern life etc has hardened/ changed these ideals?

None the less don't you think Mrs. Walters would have interviewed Hilter during WW 2 , the women now longer has any journalistic integrity in my opinion . What do you think ?

What defines "men's work" and "women's work"? Culture? Era? Country? Religion?

Should boys & men be excused from washing dishes because this is "women's work"?

Should women be excluded from gardening because this is "men's work"?

Please share your thoughts with this Aussie girl.

I found that a lot of people don't tie there laces of their shoes anymore. There is one initial tie, and from them on people just slip their shoes on and off. Are weeding this out of common everyday practice?

LIVERPOOL, England - Beatles lovers who seek out Penny Lane imagine it as that magical place "in my ears and in my eyes, there beneath the blue suburban skies." But it has a sinister undertone that still reverberates.

The street in Liverpool, home town of the Fab Four, is named after James Penny, a slave trader and investor in 11 voyages that took 500 to 600 captives at a time to the New World.

Penny was among the many who enriched themselves and their city on human trafficking until the slave trade was abolished 200 years ago. Their ships carried millions of human beings from West Africa to the plantations of the Americas in a triangular trade that also brought profitable cargoes of sugar, tobacco and rum to England.

I always thought thats what you should keep sacred but lately it seems like women dont even care anymore they just wanna screw every good looking guy that comes thier way, and lately I heard of nothing but good guys getting thier heart broken! What the hell is going on? what happened to morale? it's hard for guys not to want to do every good looking chick they see and we can even reach that point where we dont even look at other girls so why the switch up?(no offense to good girls that is if you are a good girl)
