Those who idolize the Nazi ways of the past, and put forth an immense amount of effort to portray this image...Yes, they do pee in the shower. They were taught to pee on their feet while in the shower as a means of killing and preventing fungal infections. It is said that certain chemicals contained within urine have the power to do this.
Word of advice...dont shower with a Nazi.
