I agree with you, it is what is inside that matters. But not everyone is as enlightened as we are.

It is man's nature to look at outside appearance and form opinion accordingly. The mind and senses are always attracted to the external charms. Man is more concerned with others appearance and their behavior. As you said the real 'I' is inside all the creatures, which is One without any diversity. It is the Unitary principle that gave rise to the Cosmos and creation. It pervades the cosmos and extend beyond. It is the ignorance in the mind which causes the outward vision. I think your question is quite hypocritical among other things.
Would you buy a house from someone that looked like a thug with bling bling chains hangin' from their neck and diamond grille teeth??
The way a person looks sends strong impressions.
It's kind of like asking why a person wants to buy a new BMW as opposed to that junk yard klunker. The klunker still runs....
This is why fat people aren't accepted in society, because they look sloppy and gross, like Jabba the Hut from Star Wars

the reason for that is...fo example if you open a box of strawberries and the ones on the top are stale and disgusting than ofcourse you are going to think that the berries under those are going to be like that too.....thts the prob....becoz of sum bad people other people have to suffer becuase they belong to the same culture/country as they do.....

Some people have very, very, very low self esteem.
They hope to build themselves up by bashing a certain racial group with insulting comments or slurs.
They are still the same piece of crap they were yesterday, but now a bigot.
