Anyone have any good revenge ideas? I cannot let the person know it is me, and the revenge can be performed at school (for my enemy), and at home (for my dad.) Don't tell me not to get revenge or not to stoop to their level. You don't even know what they've done! I'm the "revenge" type of person, so answer if you have ideas! Please.

No injuring them physically, I am not THAT desperate for revenge!

You know they have spaces for the handicapped, I herd now they have parking spaces for familes. Would it be a good idea to have a parking space for blacks (since we were mean to them), indian parking space (since we were mean to them), a gay parking space ( for gays), and parking spaces in the back for the white men???

and adding more worries to our lives

my mom's mom (she didn't deserve the title of "grandmother") was mean and selfish and never did anythihg nice or said anything nice to anyone, ever... she made my mother miserable for her entire life, since she was a young child and was forced to care for the family as if she was the mom (all the cooking and cleaning, and all of taking care of her 2 younger brothers...)

when I was 14, simply because I had developed some breasts and the beginning of some hips (I was not the least bit over weight, just finally got some natural curves), the ***** asked me if I had put on some weight?!? UM.....HELLO??? that's EXACTLY the sort of thing that could make a healthy young girl become anorexic or bulemic...

I was never able (much less inclined) to forgive her for any or all of that.

so, I've been overjoyed all afternoon, singing and whistling "DING DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD" from the Wizard of Oz, and skipping, and I have a newly found spring in my step.

IS THAT SO WRONG??

Have you noticed that after about the fifth or sixth answer, none of the other answers have thumbs up or down?
Also, how often do you go to an unresolved question and see that the tenth answer has even been voted for?
Some of the answers are good, even at the bottom, and before I vote, I read them all.
Do you read all the answers to your questions and read all the answers before you vote? Why?

I've gotten oranges in my Christmas stocking... had a high school boyfriend give me a bikini clad Princess Leia action figure... my mom gave me granny-style long waisted underwear for my 12th birthday party (friends wouldn't let me live it down for awhile) ... and my husband completely forgot my birthday one year. How about you?

Census announced 300 million people lived it the US in September and that it would only take 30 more years to get to 400 million. That got me thinking what impacts may happen when there are 400 million. Should we be taking care of the ones already here, do we have the capcitiy to grow crops for them, will the US import more and more goods driving up the trade deficit.

What are your thoughts

It's that wonderful time of year again.

And yet, for some reason, it always seems underwhelming... almost as though little else is different. I want to experience it differently this year.

How can I get myself into the whole mood and excitement for the holidays?

Thanks for any suggestions!

The Dalai Lama's biography
In the early years of exile, His Holiness appealed to the United Nations on the question of Tibet, resulting in three resolutions adopted by the General Assembly in 1959, 1961, and 1965, calling on China to respect the human rights of Tibetans and their desire for self-determination. With the newly constituted Tibetan Government-in-exile, His Holiness saw that his immediate and urgent task was to save the both the Tibetan exiles and their culture alike. Tibetan refugees were rehabilitated in agricultural settlements. Economic development was promoted and the creation of a Tibetan educational system was established to raise refugee children with full knowledge of their language, history, religion and culture. The Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts was established in 1959, while the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies became a university for Tibetans in India.

As you guys all know our government went to war with Iraq and told the U.S. citizens that it was because Saddam possessed WMDs. What I'm starting to notice, though, is that perhaps this is all just a ploy to try to get rid of Islam (or at least Muslim Fanaticism).
I was reading "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins (voted #1 intellectual in England by 'Prospect' Magazine) and even his straight-forward rationale was condemning the culture of Islam. Don't get me wrong, Dawkins also spends time in the book taking shots at Christianity but his tone turned almost prophetic when dealing with Muslims.
What (some) people are starting to notice is that perhaps Islam and the Western idea of reasoning and truth (as well as tolerance) are not quite compatible together.
So my question is... do you think it's possible that the U.S. government went to war with Iraq to setup a battlefield on their turf for western culture and Islam to finally spark the *inevitable* showdown?

Example: they send you an email that you know is an Internet hoax. So you go to Snopes, find the page, then email it to them with a little note that says "Hey, that story is just a hoax, check out this site." You know they read it, they usually just send back a little note like "Thanks" but afterwards, they avoid you or take you off their email list. ( you find this out from other friends )
Someone tell me, what the heck is up with that? It's just the TRUTH, it's not like I accused anyone of lying! I really just don't understand people sometimes! Can anyone explain it to me??
