I would stop and listen to Dr. Scott whenever I ran across him. I am not religious but I appreciated the intellect he brought to his teaching, much of it could be applied to life as it is really lived. I was always intrigued with his personna and laid back nature which put him ahead of those animated hell-fire preachers on the tube. I would like to read an autobiography or better, a biography, if a quality tome has been published. I'll check out the websight now but organized religion of any bent is not my thing.

When I saw your title I thought, "Woah! My vet?" because my pets' vet's name is Dr. Gene Scott... sorry I know that had nothing to do with the person you were actually talking about, I just wanted you to know you got a great big laugh out of me! :)
