Smoke eats the glue that hold car lining together. Ever noticed how some car have their inside ceiling fabric hanging low? The smoke has destroyed the glue that holds it up.

lol but really the smoke builds up in the car and you can effect your driving abilities. Plus you look extra cool you know EXTRA cool with the windows down.
