You can ask the most simple and normal questions and you still get called names and get nasty responses! I always answer questions with respect, i realise that other peoples questions are very personal to them. When are the nasty people gonna realise we are not trying to offend we are simply asking a question? And i would also like to thank all the decent people for all there help and intelligent thoughtfull answers too!!!

a health teacher at school looks at me with a pervert face, always at my legs and feet!, he just got married like 5 months ago but everytime i pass by him, he stares at me like he;s telling me dirty stuff, i'm not gonna like, i did flirt back a few times, i stopped but he keeps doing it, its kinda uncomfortable. I am Danish but most of my friends are from the Middle East and South Asia not for any reason but it has just happened that way. My "Western friends?" get annoyed with so many of my friends being from the Middle East and South Asia but I like them so much. They have called me a reverse racist and a something lover. (I can't even remember the term.) If I am with my "western" friends I cannot speak of the others. What is your opinion? Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I'm living in a house that's located in a fairly new subdivision (5 years old). None of the online maps have my street listed, in fact, the local map published by the Sheriff Dept still does not include it. What's the best way to have the map services recognize a new street in immediately?

I work with a majority of Hispanics and most of them are very sweet. I have noticed that they are are reserved at first, I guess they don't know how we'll act towards them?I have worked with one guy for about the past 8 months and him and I have become really good friends, despite our language barrier. I can speak more Spanish than he does English and we both converse and teach each other our language. He tells me that I am his best "amiga" and that he hopes we are friends forever. He also will say stuff like "sexy" or "bonita" or "tienes novio? porque..tu eres muy bonita" which I just take as joking. A lot of the people I work with figure why bother to try and communicate with them and do not even give them the time of day. Do you think they appreciate an effort in getting to know them and communicating and that's why he tells me I am his best "amiga" or is it just a cultural difference? I know I appreciate it when they speak English.

I think it's a good thing. It's terrible to deny a woman motherhood just because she hasn't found the right man. She should be able to make her choice instead of being at the mercy of men who judge her as not pretty enough or thin enough or the right religion to marry. If you follow this link, this article even says that children raised by stable single mothers fare better than children raised in unstable marriages.

As one of those women who isn't pretty enough or think enough or the right religion to get married, I applaud the women who are taking control of their reproductive futures instead of waiting for some amorphous husband to arrive on the scene.

I'm a bartender and for some reason (probably because they're intoxicated) people seem to lose any ounce of politeness they had before they walked in the door. I've been cussed at, called names and threatened over the years... usually because I didn't make their drink as strong as they wanted or because I charged them the actual price of a drink. Please tell me that some other people in the world think that this is as ridiculous as I do.

I look different than other females, I look artsy or rock starish in a
way. At least I FEEL different. Where I live, most everybody is
conservative...they all look the same, and when anyone who comes along likes to be different looking, people don't want to be
friends with ya. The men out here are waaayyy to conservative and
stuck up, or they are hillbilly's. So, I want to be able to feel free to
express my artistic self, and be accepted for who I am. Is that
possible ? Should I just be me....or try and be more "conservative"
looking all the time. Any ideas ??
