I just finished watching 'Hostel' (against my better judgement) and i feel absolutley sick to my stomach. I mean, animals aren't this cruel to each other. Please... someone reassure me that this doesn't go on in real life... ug i think i need a gravol...

There are people of all types out in the world. Some cruel as you could possibly imagine, then you have the opposite people who with out knowing you would give you the shirt off their backs.
But takes all types make the world go round. I am just glad I am not seeing it on a daily bases.

Yeah, I tunred that movie off after the first 2 minutes. Don't know what happened in the rest of it, but this world is full of kind, compassionate, and loving people of all faiths. If you're looking for goodness, you will find it. My prayer for you is that you will encounter someone or something in the next few days that will encourage your faith in humanity. Be blessed!

There are terrible things that happen in this world. What do you think those "signs of torture" are on the bodies that are found in Iraq? Just be glad you lived in ignorance as long as you did.
Now you just have to come to terms that humans are capable of terrible things, and in time you will be glad that they don't happen around you, or to you.
Just live the best life you can, no-one can ask any more.

Society is going via a cycle, as does each thing else. historic past is a captivating component. besides, take any civilization. Um I can't promise you that. After all you should know about cereal killers and sickos like Hitler. However I can say that humans are that sick and inhumane to animals. If someone can skin a cow while it's still alive who knows what people are capable of.

Movies like this are intended to discourage and sell a dark version of humanity. The signature on the movie is from the king of darkness himself, the one who feeds us depression, hate and darkness. Don't let him win by giving up on your fellow man! God will show you the way to battle these depressing thoughts in your mind. You need some good friends, not goths or goth theme movies.

I'm sorry to say there are some nasty people out there. Just look at the murder rate and rape rate. But that doesn't mean you should give up on humanity. There are good people out there, too.
