For me...No.. but sometimes yes... 89% is yes and only 11% is no =P....It's just some people make things that can rip off the name of the movies that I mentioned...Or, maybe the reason is because of the dark(evil) creatures that in the movie...That's what I think..Yours? What is your opinion???

It’s that time of year again and the names have been drawn out of the hat, the budget £8.00 and I have the office cutie to buy for. His real job is electrical engineer (oh and he does do part time modeling) he has a good sense of humor so I don’t think I need to worry about hurting his feelings

Serious question. You would think that they would be pro contraception as it lessens the need for abortions. You'd probably get more people to be "pro life" if you were anti abortion but for creating other alternatives, don't you think?

I live in Minnesota. When I turn on the news each evening and in the morning I hear of another bomb threat in our schools around here. Not everyday, but enough to make me wonder, What's going on with our kids these days? School should be a fun place to go, see your friends and learn. Our kids shouldn't have to worry about another student threatening to kill them.

I know there has always been some sort of gang rivalry and fighting, but this is going beyond that. And I feel to help solve a problem one must seek out the root of that problem and find a way to get rid of it.

Kids have a right to feel safe when they go to school.

This girl over the past week has been saying she will get her boyfriend on me to beat me up. What has happened to traditional values? Forgive me for sounding like an old lady but shouldn't a man hold a door open for a woman? Why shouldn't a young person stand up on a bus and let an older person sit down? Why do people look at me strangely if I say "thank you" and "Your welcome" as if I've said something wrong! Do people think that this is how society should be? To touch on a delecate subject as well, this whole "Post femanist era" has it now gone to far? In my opinion I would hate to live in a world where I couldn't vote or work, but dash it all I like it when a man holds a door for me! Is this a double standard on my half or do you think this is reasonable?

I live near the spot where a teenage schoolboy was killed by another teenage schoolboy using a knife he was carrying. Many students at the school still carry knives, although they are searched. Do you have any insight into how the practice of carrying a knife as a weapon can be discouraged. This is a serious question to which we in this community would like help in developing answer

I live with my mom, I smoke pot, she found out last yr & put me out the house, pulled me out of school, calld the cops, had me arrested got me on probation for a yr & sent me 4 drug treatment.. I got out of treatment, she let me come back home, I started planning 2 go back 2 school, I got a job (things were looking good) BUT THEN I smoked pot again, & she found out again & told me 2 get out of her home again.. So I found an apartment, my boyfnd said he'd move in 2 help, I was supposed 2 move this wk BUT my mum turns around & says that she wants me 2 stay so I can get more treatment & go back 2 school which she is willing 2 help pay 4 (ONCE I GET "BETTER"). Heres the other thing, my Dad lives & works in ZAIRE(africa) & I was thinking about just leaving & going to stay w/ him & hopefully get back in2 school next yr. My mum is also planning on moving 2 Africa (at the end of this yr) she wants me 2leave w/ her because of all this drama that now invloves the law.. I can't decide wat 2 do!!

Everyone who works at a meaningful job is providing a service to society. But it has always seemed to me that certain people provide a service without which our society would crumble and collapse. My friends and I frequently discuss this as a way of educating ourselves and also discovering the basis for what keeps modern America functioning.

Rather than picking just one, which is pretty much impossible, limit yourself to the three that matter most to keeping America (still) the place where most of the world's citizens would love to be!

i have read so many comments about the negative influence of rap and hip hop music on our society, what suprises me is that many of these people who post these comments make themselves look like intellectuals who have a sound understanding of society. intellectuals collect primary research and evidence and dont post narrow minded comments with a hope to receive answers from likeminded people. if you really want to find out, why not ask those questions directly to those people your most concerned with. once you've done so then you can post your answer. if your too scared to do so, then your FEAR of the other may be the answer as to why you find the rap culture so intimidating. truthful answers can only come from those people you hate and fear so much, and maybe you will understand how your ignorance and fear was the root cause of the problem. scoulding or marginalising people does not better you or them.
