My 15 year old son has recently become the target of a little punk with a much bigger friend. What do I tell him to do to stop it? He wants to avoid a fight and doesn't want to get into trouble. He's a really good kid and pretty popular. How can he handle this before we have to intervene and go to school?

A person I work with is playing music on Yahoo over his speakers at his cubicle. It is very annoying, he thinks people like it. But when I answer the phone my customers can hear his rap music blaring. Its a workplace, what is he thinking? What can I do?

that is the article. Get this, they are banning this becuase of the threat of parents suing. What the heck is wrong with this country. They are kids, yes kids. This whole i sue you for this and you sue me is garbage.

In 2 years from now, they are going to ban children from playing at all, touching any other student because they might get sued.

At the age of 24, to still not know quite what you want to do in life? Isn't 24 the age where you're supposed to have direction, and a lot of things figured out about life?
