that is the article. Get this, they are banning this becuase of the threat of parents suing. What the heck is wrong with this country. They are kids, yes kids. This whole i sue you for this and you sue me is garbage.
In 2 years from now, they are going to ban children from playing at all, touching any other student because they might get sued.

I think it is crazy. When I think of how much fun I had at recess playing tag when I was a kid. Wow, those kids are missing some goodtimes.
I think though with as sue crazy as people are getting they had to do it. A school can't take on that kind of liability and they are trying to protect themselves. It's a shame that it has to come to this and it truly saddens me.

I agree with you, it's absolutely insane. I thought the educators were complaining about how so many of our children are obese and then they ban the kids from playing tag. They're idiots.

Yes we all love tag, But dont tell me that if you could sue the schools because your child was hit too hard in the head and now he suffers from constant headache, you wouldnt??.
Its all of how you look at it. But it is kinda dumb, I agree in some part.

i was brought up on tag and dodge ball.....i came out all right and my parents never even thought about sueing.....gosh this world has only gotten crazier.......yikes whats next....:(
