soemtimes i think humans are like a virus,,, we over populate and consume everything of mother earth,, and eventually there will be nothing left... i wonder how many times this has happened before and if it has happened before,, and if it really has.. when are humans going to learn???

Before you jump on me, I am half-black and proud. However, my family does joke all the time that "black people always bring down everywhere they go." I have visited Australia, a place with little to no blacks, and it was the most amazingly safe place I have ever been. Compare that to the Caribbean or America, where most people wouldn't dream of leaving their doors unlocked. In Australia, I once stayed in the richest house of one community, and never had to lock it whenever I left. No one ever touched it. I was always safe walking anywhere.

Ignoring the PC bullcrap, would you agree more black people does seem to equal more crime? I think the equation is true...and I hate to admit it.

What I mean is that, i am never happy with where I am at...I am going to graduate from college soon...am actually doing great but feel like its nothing...social life is great....have never had problems with anyone and without sounding conceited I have no problems attracting attention from men but for some reason i always feel like my life is going no where. Sometimes I feel so strongly that I think to myself "You may be academically smart and others may think you are beautiful but you really are nothing." I really do tell myself that sometimes and I just can't help it...everyone around me doesn't even know I feel this way and I think they may be shocked if they knew but I just want to know do others feel a bit this way sometimes?

im really loud and outgoing with friends but i cant seem to ever get myself to be that way around other people i dont know.the last time i tried to introduce my self it went terrible and i was soo embarassed!!! can you give me advice to geting myself to learn to speak to people i dont know better?

In particular i am talking about hate between races, conservatives and liberals, religious groups, sports fans, etc. Hmm perhaps we're all victims of circumstance, but maybe we need more understanding about each others point of views. As some of you may have heard here in Omaha, Nebraska, the school system was trying to combine both Millard Public Schools and Omaha Public Schools, then divide them by race. One for whites, one for blacks, and one for latinos. Is this right? They say that students learn better with their own? But if I was a white kid going to Benson I wouldn't want to be shipped all the way over to the west side to go to a white preppy school... I am currently a student of Millard Public. The teachers at Omaha Public call us white racist scum. It is the most racially segregated city in the world, I swear. But we're not all like that, I'm not racist. This never happened, it never passed with the city but was VERY close to passing.

Do you think it would've been better if the system was racially divided?

i have recently started a new job, and my fellow employees are all women. this is new to me, usually i am in a position of authority and i tend to hire mostly guys (they are a lot less catty and have less bagage in my opinion) now i am working as the lowest "person" on the totem pole and surrounded by all women. what is your advice on making friends? i am a woman who mostly has guy friends. i am very interested in your responses..
