As long as you don't have a GAY MAGAZINE RENEWALS, what's the big deal?

invasion of privacy, very disrespectful, and she seems to think that is OK.

maybe she learned that at home, but it is not a good sign.

Suggestion:
Talk about it, tell her you don't want her to open you mail.
She might REALLY not know that not all people do this.

If she doesn't get it, ask if she would mind if you read her diary.

She may tell you that it should not bother you if you have nothing to hide. That isn't the issue. Privacy and respect are the issue at this point.

UNLESS - you 2 are in a committed relationship AND you have been giving her reasons to be suspicious of your actions.
Privacy would still be important, but if you are already disrespecting her, then it is not surprising or insulting that she is disrespecting you.

I'd definately be worried because for one thing...she doesn't trust you and is looking for something she hasn't bothered to even ask you about and for another thing...she doesn't even care that she got caught by you which show that she feels no remorse. You're right...it's very disrespectful, not just for a boyfriend or girlfriend to read your mail, but for parents too. My dad was BAD for opening my bank statements to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. That's just WRONG! However, if you are hiding something that she's getting close to finding, I'd still be worried because she's deadset on finding out what it is. I'd ask for an apology or just talk with her to see if maybe she feels guilty about it now that it's had time to sink in what she's done. If she still doesn't feel bad for doing it, I'm not saying break up with her, but I am saying to open your eyes and realize that she doesn't respect your privacy.

Put a stop to it right away, DO NO LET THIS GO ON!!!!!!!!!!!. That is very disrespectful. Just imagine your married to her. You would be looking over your sholder all the time. It's women like that - that when they divorce you, they will take you for every last cent you have. Think about it. And belive it. I know all to well, so do the smart thing and either find another girlfriend or PUT HER IN HER PLACE as soon as you read this, and whatever you do if she doe's not change, DON'T marry her.

If that isn't a "Red Flag" of warning this girl is NOT for you, then I don't know what it'll take for you to see it's time to be FREE of this one. Be worried if she has you get drunk....and you wake up MARRIED to her. Actually, panic-striken might be the case.

First, she's opening your mail. Next, she'll be trying (if she hasn't already been successful)to hack into your personal email accounts, looking for chatbuds and the like.

Then, you'll come home each night, ready to give out a total account of your activities and people you met during your day.

She'll then begin PICKING your friends; leaving you with few choices; it's her way or the high way (take the FREE-way).

its more than disrespectful, its downright nosey if you aren't living together, You should grab your mail, and tell her to keep her hands off. if you are living toghether, since she is responsible for your bills as well as hersso, its sort of ok, just make a big deal over the personal stuff. its none of her business who is writing to you or what they say. you could always write a letter to yourself pretending to be someone else and go on and on about how you just bet she is so controling that she even opens your mail, and checks your wallet for numbers, then let her open it.

This lady is crazy. Who is she to open YOUR mail in YOUR house? I would get rid of her, because someone so callous would bust your head open in your sleep, go to lunch, and think nothing of it. I've seen it happen.

Don't retaliate by opening her mail, because that's a felony (if snail-mail). Obviously, you HAVE brought the issue up: she's just going to be flippant and non-chalant about it. If it were me, I'd tell her to get the hell out. You will end up on the 11 o' clock news ******* with her.

it is very disrespectul, I have been married for 6 years and I have been living with my husband for 10 and he and I do not open each others mail.. But it has to be both ways. You cannot open her mail. Just let her know how it makes you feel.

ummmmmmmmmmmmm yeah, don't settle for a head-case. you can do better than that i'm sure. she's the type that would (sometime in the future) super glue your dick to your leg or something. or do a loraina bobbet (could careless how to spell her name, i think she was FLAT out wrong and a liar). yep. you're asking for it.

p.s. NO not all girls snoop. i've never done it. never had the desire too. guess it's because i have a healthy self esteem.

If it was your snail mail, that's a felony. If it was your email, that's a serious breach of etiquette.

Any time someone says "so what" to an issue that you broach with them isn't really interested in hearing your point.

It's time to kick that **** to the curb.

Good luck.

I feel that is a total disrespect of privacy. But I have been known to snoop.
