By paying her a lot of money. It's not unheard of for a woman to bare a child for another person or couple, without any strings attached. It's just very, very expensive.
Put out some ads, and contact a lawyer to draw up an airtight contract wherein the woman in question would give up her right to be the parent of the child, amongst other things (like defining terms of payment and whatnot).

Children are not pets. The love of a man and a woman for a child has its benefits.. It is very difficult to part with someone who was part of you Even if you find a womb for rent, check the laws because the mother in many states has the option to change her mind. have a great weekend.

Committing to raise a child is one enormous "string". Maybe you should try taking in a foster child to see if you are up to it. That should be pretty easy, since there are already tons of kids who need homes.

Good luck finding a woman that won't get emotional attached! I don't think it's going to happen. How about finding a woman to love first... then have children.

I am not sure, but I would think that you may find a person that is willing to do so. Why do you want a child by yourself?

There are surrogate mothers who will have a baby for a fee...otherwise, there's ALWAYS strings...
