I am so tired of women thinking they have to suck up to men. Why can't they realize how fully equal a human being they are and just do their own thing. Everyone would be so much happier if we would all try to be happy and not have expectations for what others must do for us. Women who suck up to men, expect men to take care of them. And men therefore will expect women to be their slaves. Lets stop the madness! Women, start taking responsibility for yourself...the prince is not coming to rescue you. You make yourself happy......get it???
And further more, if you want to continue the suck up act..don't expect me or other women to join in. Its lunancy! They freed the slaves already..come on use your brains.

The World Cup is a tournament designed to bring together different races and peoples in a fair and enjoyable sporting tournament, and yet this forum is littered with comments and questions based around the hatred of the English team and the English people.

I'm a proud Englishman and love my country and am happy to meet people from the global football community to discuss football at it's finest. I have supported England through good times and bad and during this World Cup have equally cheered on teams like Ghana, Australia, USA, France and many more.

...and yet I often see and read bigoted comments about my country. People from other nations who claim to want to hear the end of the Rooney/Ronaldo debate and then post numerous questions about it designed specifically to stir up hatred.

FIFA have always taken discrimination very seriously and have operated a campaign during this World Cup named 'Say No To Racism'. It is promoted at the start of every match. Is it being ignored?

Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina. Also, Virginia and Florida were part of the Confederacy, but culturally they aren't so Southern, anymore. Oklahoma is more Southern by virtue of its culture. Kentucky and parts of West Virginia and Missouri claim they are Southern because they were border states during the Civil War. Maryland and Delaware are not Southern states by any means.

My picks are...
To live in:
1. TEXAS is awesome! Great people, food, weather, cultures
2. Mississippi: Sweet people, great scenery, very laid-back
3. Alabama: Much like Mississippi, I just like MS a little better
4. West and Middle Tennessee: Close to family in Kentucky, great recreational opportunities

Not to live in:
1. Kentucky: Rude people, overpriced cost of living given such a poor job marker, Louisville is snooty, weather is unpredictable
2. Florida: Rude folks, boring
3: Virginia: Too "yankee"
4. West Virginia: Rude, no job

I think everyone is, one way or the other. It's natural actually.

I will admit I am. Now, I won't prejudge you or treat you badly because of your race, but I will harbor certain attitudes in my dealings with you...know what I mean?

I am scared of talking people.

Even being in the same room.

I look down on the floor all the time.

I seem to be even quiter around the same gender.

I often find myself wishing I was not around them, thinking things I know I should not, and blushing at the thoughts.

What is wrong with me?!
How can I fix this problem?!

Which state do you prefer? Why? Ever lived in or visited them?

I live in KY but much prefer TX. I think TX has more to offer in terms of arts, culture, diversity in natural beauty, and history. Plus, I think its people are much friendlier.

I'm sorry if I offend any Kentuckians, but that is my personal experience. However, while KY doesn't have as much DIVERSITY in natural vegetation and topography as TX, I think it's still prettier than TX. From the lakes and returned-to-nature lands of west KY to the rolling bluegrass around Lexington to the mountains of east KY, it's really a pretty state.

I did. I felt sorry for him, so I motioned for him to come over and I whispered in his ear that his pants were unzipped. Would you tell your waiter that? I hope I didn't embarrass him, but what would be worse? Walking around taking orders all night with your zipper down or having a woman tell you?

These two are rival states. Which state do you like the best, or do you love both of them? Why?

Do you or have you lived in one of these states? If so, which town, if you don't mind?

I prefer TN over KY, personally (no offense to KY folks.) I live in central KY, near Lawrenceburg. I like the old South flavor of TN, it is much more part of Southern culture than KY. Plus, TN is rich in music history, which I like, and I think the people are much friendlier than in KY. However, KY and TN are about equal in terms of natural beauty. Both are gorgeous states.

I discriminate. I have no problem admitting this. But I was recently accused of racism by this white guy because I said, after being invited to party he was throwing "no thanks, that doesn't sound like my kind of crowd" I know this can be taken the wrong way, but I was referring to the fact that I suspected there would be a lot of youngins there. So I was discriminating based on age not race. is there a problem with that? and if I were turning him down because I didn't want to hang around a bunch of white folk, would that be ok?
