Provided it isn't a urinal ya... if it is a urinal you may have some issues making making the pee go where it's supposed to. I wouldn't do it any other way!

Yes. Wherever this social taboo on men standing only to piss came from, it's silly.
Be comfortable in everything you do involving your body. If you're more comfortable sitting down to piss, then by all means do it!

Actually, it is bad for the urinary tract health of both men AND women. Talk to a urologist about this.
