Mine is Friday.. because I know I've got two days ahead of relax and Friday, just like Saturday is a good day to go out at night, to go to the cinema or to a club. Sunday is the worst.. whether you have something to do or not.. it's death boring..

Wednesday, because it's the night we have pasta and sauce, good bread with EVOO and a cheap Italian red wine. It's "hump day" which means I've survived half the week anyway and it's not so close to the weekend that I'm mourning the loss of free time.

I actually like Sunday best. It is the one day of the week that I have time to spend with my wife. The alarm clock can be ignored, and we can take it easy!

Thursday. It is my favorite day to read the newspaper because of a special article that is in the newspaper. It is usually my day off.

Saturday, because I don't work that day and I can be happy knowing that I don't work the next day. I don't need more reason than that.
