Since Christians believe that all non-Christians are going to hell; is there a concious/unconcious effort of bad feelings these people have against other faiths? I know of Christians that were super friendly to me when I first got to know them; I used to go to Sunday Class to see what the Bible was all about. However in about a year I experienced not a friendly smile when I went there. Another fellow from a different church told me that they all thought I was going to hell, and therefore was not worth a lick to them being I was not convertable, just there to see what everything was all about. I went in with an open mind, but they in effect closed it for me. I was just wondering if this bias towards other faits is the general feeling not only in the church setting, but in things of business, work, and politics.

Do you agree with this statement? Would you fall in love with someone who is not attractive on the outside but has the most wonderful personality out of anyone you've ever met?

I am British and proud of the fact. The fact that I am a Christian has no bearing on this I do not say I am a British Christian! Why then do people from other religions do this eg I'm a British Sikh or I'm a British Muslim! No disrespect to anyones culture or religion but surely you are either British or some other nationality and religion is a totally different thing. I am trying to understand why this has to be brought into the question what is your nationality?

History shows that greed, murders, rapes, lies, betrayal have been around in most societies throughout history. How come we are still the same and have not learned. Is there a possibility of a one "super" society?

The media and the liberal left seem to want to blure the line so much that in a few years we will nolonger have distinguishing aspect of the different sexes that make us men and women. Girls want to be boys and boys want to be girls. Recently I saw a spot on television about a designer who want want to make high heels for headeral sexual man and he feel that it would be accepted in the general public. My question says it all what do you think?

In regards to Stephen Hawkins, man reaching out to the universe for his own survival. My question is, will man do the same things on a new world that he has done here? We already live in a garden of eden and we can't take care of it. I think we need to change here before we have any hope of surviving anywhere.

I recently read a book about a man living on the Internet for 30 days with no human contact. Wondered how long you think a human can survive in solitude before he/she begins to lose his/her mind? How much contact with our fellow human beings do we actually need?

We stand at a critical moment in history. Where do we go from here? Every day we are faced with difficult policy choices -- Do we spend more on education or on defense? More on environmental problems or poverty? More on combatting terrorism or combatting corruption? Does the government have too much power? Is the press irresponsible? Is it acceptable to restrict personal freedom in the war on poverty? -- These are difficult problems. It's hard to know how to solve many of these issues. It's hard to know which ones to solve first. It's hard to know when we have to choose.

It seems to me that we could start by asking each other what kind of world we're trying to create. So that is my question. What kind of society do we want to live in? What would it be like if we could achieve it? Ideals are fine, but it's not abstract ideals I'm asking for. I'm asking for practical, tangible answers. Tell me something specific about the world that you would like to live in.
