Since Mexico isn't our "Neighbors", then why do people continue to vacation there. Like to Acapulco or Cancun for instance?

Because Mexico isn't being a good neighbor. They are like the redneck with the couch on the front porch who lets his dog crap in our yard. We wish they weren't our neighbor, so we don't use that affectionate term.

If a neighbor moves into your home, they're not your neighbor anymore, they'd be your roommate...or the annoying in-laws that never leave. Not trying to offend anyone, but really...

We dont want Mexico to be any sort of neighbors. If we could, we'd move it to the middle of the artic.

they are the neighbours that are always "borrowing" your stuff and never return it, and their yard is all unkempt and full of trash not to mention the unpleasant stench coming from there
