You meet someone who is very attractive, get to know them and they are cruel. After a while that person isn't so attractive anymore.
You meet someone who isn't all that attractive. You get to know them as a wonderful person. After a while this person becomes beautiful.

No i do not believe beauty is only skin deep. Yes I would fall in love with someone who is not attractive on the outside but has the most wonderful personality out of anyone I have ever met.

That phrase is often misquoted, it originally was, "Beauty is more than skin deep" I think that's an important distiction b/c the original meaning was that there is a beauty independent of physical beauty that lies underneath the surface.
I certainly believe in that.
I think that if you are not attracted to someone, but he has a great personality, so you date him, then as the relationship progresses and he makes you laugh and you see his compassion then he becomes more and more attractive to you b/c his inner beauty is shining through.
But, if someone is very attractive, but not beautiful on the inside, then as you date him you will feel less and less attracted to him.
So, I am married, so I don't date anymore. But, when I did date I did date people that I might not have been attracted to at first, but who were good guys.

I believe in this statement. Yes, I agree you do have to be physically attracted to someone to click, but usually emotions are stronger than beauty. Beauty on the outside can be shallow.

I agree with this. However, that doesn't mean I'd fall in love with somebody who is not attractive. That's two different questions.
The first means that some people are beautiful, but ugly on the inside. It usually doesn't take too long to figure that out & dump 'em.

this statement has it's wrongs, your personality can be beutiful and a persons character cn be beutiful. yes i would fall in love with someone who isn't the most attractive person if i liked their personality. the statement should be changed to "Physical Beauty is only skin deep."

Been there, done that.
When I met my husband, he was horribly unkept, bless his heart. A true "Cinderella Story".
His family always had neglected him for their "favorites", and when I met him, he had huge military glasses (he's a retired Air Force soldier), didn't really know how to "dress" for a date...well, or even normal...he would wear polyester to Radio Shack (his civilian job at the time) haha...
I think his mother did her best to make sure she had one boy stay at home to be the lawn mower. UGH
But anyway...he was so genuinely smart and SO, SO courteous, that the looks didn't mean anything to me.
Of course, we've been married for 11 years now. I got his hair burred, changed his glasses, got his teeth cleaned, taught (subtly) how to dress...and he is their most attractive son...he's not supermodel quality, but he is a very nice looking man "cleaned up".

of course most people would say that of course beauty is only skin deep,but you know that deep inside,if they saw an "ugly" or "fat" person that they didnt think were very attractive,they would normally go for them.i think i will love someone who is Beautiful to me,they dont have to be Beautiful to someone else because that person you love if specialist to YOU ,not your neighbor or aunt or cousin,just YOU

The inner personality is more alluring,attractive and sensual.The person whom we love appears us attractive in every ways.On the contrary a beautiful handsome person may not attract us at all if we dislike him/her.These days via cosmetic surgery,makeup and effective training,outward beauty could be attained sustained and portrayed.

Absolutely! Granted, it is easier to want to be around someone who is considered pretty, but physical beauty doesn't last forever. Personality stays around MUCH longer.
