I am American and am interested in Moving to Trinidad (in the West Indies).
They speak english (like I do) and racially I should fit in. (I added these two things in because I know that these are two obstacles for alot of immigrants moving to new counties, so I thought I should mention it.)

Do you think it will be a hard adjustment? I dont know anyone there.

How should I go about finding a job before I get there?? or Grad-Schools? (How does a US Bacholors degree convert there?)

I HONOR your views on how we should spell COLOR and other words. But hows about concerning yourselves with your own arses and we will concern ourslves with our own asses. And spelling wont be such an issue.

I don't understand how some people can call themselves "Christians" when they advocate discrimination and bigotry against gay and lesbian people.

These are the folks that say "gay people don't have long lasting relationships" and then work their hardest to ban gay marriage. If that isn't the definition of talking out of both sides of your face!

I wish more of them would consider "What Would Jesus Do?" - since he never said anything against gay people, but rather "love your neighbor."

I probably give less of a crap about sports than any straight male in the history of the human race...
I need someone to please tell me what the big deal is with sports -- not playing them, but WATCHING them. People dedicate their lives, leaving their wives veritable widows. They riot when their team wins. They scream out "WE WON!!" -- when, I'm sorry to inform you, THEY won, YOU sat on your butt & watched. I'm not asking why you'd sit and spend 2 hours watching a game. I'm asking why people go so crazy, why people dedicate their lives, get so worked up and emotional. Are people's lives so empty that they have to pin their self-worth on a bunch of guys moving a ball across a field? Or am I just missing the gene that makes you paint your face and leap around like an idiot?

My sister is really stupid, and she told me that Timothy McVeigh was a terrorist!!

But we all know that is impossible because he wasn't Muslim.. And we all know that only Muslims can be terrorists!

And that terrorist is only another name for Muslim.

Do you think that Timothy McVeigh was a Muslim

KNOW THAT:
Luke 17:2 (New Living Translation) It would be better to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around the neck than to face the punishment in store for harming one of these little ones(children).

Galatians 6:7 (New Living Translation)Don't be misled. Remember that you can't ignore God and get away with it. You will always reap what you sow!

Psalm 140:11 (American Standard Version)An evil speaker shall not be established in the earth: Evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him.

Acts 27:25 (Contemporary English Version)Cheer up! I am sure that God will do exactly what he promised.

John 16:17 (Amplified Version)And when He comes, He will convict and convince the world and bring demonstration to it about sin and about righteousness (uprightness of heart and right standing with God) and about judgment: About sin, because they do not believe in Me [trust in, rely on, and adhere to Me].

Please believe& be saved, refuse to believe be condemned

How important is the "healthy nuclear family" model (i.e. married Father and Mother raising children together) to the survival of society as a whole? Should homosexuality be encouraged instead of opposed, and if so, how far is too far?
