I heard that for years, and always ignored it. It wasn't until I was in
my late 20's that I decided to do so, and my life improved a great deal!

No. But once someone told me to get off my broomstick. I'm fairly sure he meant soapbox (he didn't speak English all that well) but I started laughing so hard I couldn't answer him.
