i am a catholic i believe in god, but i have always been intrigued by mythology, white magic, tarot etc.. but never really looked into it cuz i thought it maybe a bit diabolic (i kno it is not but you know what i mean) but is there any way to be both? i mean i dont want to accidently buy myself a one way ticket to hell just because i believe in these things.

This Folklore is old. I do not know whether it is Scottish, English, Irish. I need to know who wrote the Folklore and where I can access it. I know putting money on the deceased love you allows them to pay "a man" to crossover to heaven.

Very important to me; need this information.

Some websites offer information on how to develop our inner pychic energy, even institutes teach students how to do telekinesis. I just wonder, what if people( who knows telekinesis of course) uses TK to do evil stuff?? Has any case like that happened before??

I'm currently writing my master's thesis on the road in the US. I want to explore its mythical status with roots back to the first settlers and the 'frontier thesis' (how the American was moulded on the frontier). I also plan on looking at Route 66 and explain how it has added to the myth of the road. Finally, I intend to look at road movies and explain how they keep the myth of the road alive.
I'm not from the US myself, and therefore I'm interested in getting in touch with 'real' Americans who would like to share their thoughts on the road with me. Is the road still mythical? Why/why not? Have you ever been on a road trip - or do you intend to go? What does the road symbolize to you (both the road in general and Route 66)? Do you think the road is part of the American national identity? Or only the whites' identity? Is it possible to find personal identity on the road as portrayed in many road movies? Please explain to me what the road means to you as a person and a people. Thanks

It's not the T.V., it was not on at the time, and besides, it's in the opposite corner of the room. We don't know anyone who looks like these people. Notice how my dog has her right ear folded down, which is the ear closest to the "people"? She never folded her ears down until that picture. No one saw the image when the picture was taken. Professional photographer looked at it, and has no idea what it is. Your comments?

I took this pic of my daughter and after I uploaded it to my computer, I discovered this round glowy thing in the pic...there was nothing reflective in the room and it was pretty dark when I took the pic....I also have a pic that was taken in the same spot just a second later and there is nothing there.....what could this be?

This is a serious question so serious answers please! I read in a book that people are hired to put on mermaid costumes and swim around in a really huge tank. Is this true? I think there are jobs like this down in Florida, how does one get a job to be a mermaid like that? I'm really curious.
