If you accept Vlad the impaler as the prototype for Dracula then, yes, the ruins still hold spirits.

Draculas castle is in ruins, well the real one belonging to the original inspiration for Bram Stokers dracula, Vlad the impaler, is in ruins anyway. But there is actually a castle all tricked out in romania near transylvania, its a winery, but the castle has been all done up like a vampires home, considering the wine lable is 'Vampyre'.
